on weather – may require rough grade with finish grade after occupancy)

Final inspection by Building Inspector and
issuance of Occupancy Permits
Condo purchaser inspection and sign report to
accept occupancy and unit as is (subject to any items noted in the “Deficiency
Report”). Payment of occupancy fee until registration with the Province is
processed.
Inspections by Registry of Condominiums
(office out of Halifax) and acceptance.
Building gets registered and closing occurs. Pay agreed purchase price for unit at this
time, not at occupancy date.
Turn over meeting whereby Mr. Mark Sears
resigns and condominium unit holders elect new Board of Directors. Mr. Sears runs turnover meeting.
All building, electrical, ventilation and
survey plans given to new Board of Directors.
Process ends and new condominium board accepts
full control.
Note:Inspections are by Municipal government employees and by Registry of
Condominiums.
